Bill Head Funeral Home began in 1990 with the purchase of the Duluth Chapel. The Lilburn/Tucker Chapel was completed and opened in 1992. Both locations are modern facilities and are fully handicapped accessible. Before and I was his sister so it was okay just put a sheet over his lower half, but I needed to see my brother (I hadn't up at that point). Doug told me that he understood my urgency, but he knew my brother would never want his little sister or anyone he loved to see him like this.
